Service Description
As PMO Support, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting program and project managers in coordination, guidance, and communication activities
- Acting as guardian of program/project methodologies
- Preparing and following up on steering committees
- Ensuring follow-up of initiatives and projects
- Coordinating and strengthening communication between Business and IT
- Consolidating monthly and quarterly reporting
- Maintaining and updating roadmaps
- Following up and challenging risks and issues
- Monitoring and challenging milestone planning
- Preparing and delivering presentations on specific topics
- Providing guidance and support to projects on demand
- Supporting the development of roadmaps for specific initiatives
- Supporting change management activities
- Monitoring resources and costs in close collaboration with Program/Project Managers
Requirements
- Good level of Dutch and/or French and English
- Minimum 4 years of experience in PMO and/or Project Management
- Knowledge of PMO and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI standards) is a plus
- Experience with program/project management tools (e.g., Sciforma, MS Project, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Autonomous, organized, and deadline-oriented
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making
- Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in risk identification and mitigation
- Results-driven and assertive
- Strong stakeholder management skills (executives, team members, external partners)
- Financial acumen (budgeting, financial analysis, resource allocation)
