ph3What We Are Looking For /h3 pIn your capacity as Senior OutSystems Developer, you’ll work closely with the Digital Services team on projects directly and indirectly linked to CM’s online self-service, covering 46 applications and the MyCM Mobile App. The team consists of approximately 60 persons from different Agile Teams. Each team is made up of 3 Outsystems developers, a functional analyst‑scrum master, a tester, a technical lead, a designer, and a product owner. /p pTechnology: OutSystems Version 11 /p h3Team Values /h3 pAs a team, we are driven to continuously deliver value to our customers. We do this by: /p ul liBringing value to production at least once per sprint /li liWorking on T profiles and solving problems as a team /li liChallenging each other positively and learning from each other /li liExploring with new technologies /li /ul h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou’ll join a professional agile team, where you’ll work on a range of exciting projects, with around 70% of the focus on build. /li liYou work together with the team to develop the desired solution. The architects will assist you with this. /li liYou are responsible for initial functional testing of your own code, and code review of your colleagues. /li liYou are responsible for implementing User Stories and for maintenance and management of the applications developed by the team itself. /li liYou communicate effectively and collaborate closely with various stakeholders (business/functional analysts, scrum master, testers, architects, security) to ensure they fully understand the priorities and current status of tasks, and that functionalities are implemented and tested correctly. /li liYou can make technical improvement proposals and advocate for them within the team and with the architects. /liliYou analyse integrations with other parties and systems. /li liYou work together with the infrastructure staff to install the applications and monitor their operation. /li liYou document the solution created to ensure long‑term continuity and maintenance. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pbAttractive salary package /b: We offer a permanent contract, an attractive salary, and an extensive benefits package, including meal vouchers worth €8, a company restaurant, a 13th month salary, a July bonus, net expense allowance, full public transport reimbursement, bicycle allowance, additional child allowance, group and hospitalisation insurance, guaranteed income insurance, bicycle leasing, and much more. /p pbFlexible working /b: Option of working from home up to 4 days a week or from one of our regional offices in Belgium.
