Maintenance Engineer

You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.

Job Description

• Create maintenance plans for existing and new research installations
• Ensure maintenance and operational traceability
• Plan, coordinate maintenance activities and day to day operation of installations
• Coordinate works and lead a small technical team
• Analyse failures, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions
• Develop new methods and protocols
• Facilitate collaboration across departments, institutes, industrial partners
• Support R&D teams by ensuring equipment availability and knowledge sharing
• Support or perform safety related audits and inspections
• Recommend upgrades or replacements to improve efficiency and reliability

Requirements

• Master degree in engineering sciences
• Proven leadership and coordination skills
• Strong problem solving mindset, able to think beyond standard approaches
• High sense of responsibility, proactive ownership
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Knowledge of piping, tubing, ANSI standards, PED directive is a plus
• Experience with ULTIMO software is a plus
