Staff: placement of senior Product Managers, Product Owners and Product Designers Shape: product strategy and organisational transformation Empower: product management training Build: product discovery and validation The company is ready for a strong growth in 2026, with ambitious development objectives.The team is composed of senior consultants, working in a human-sized, entrepreneurial and performance-driven environment, based in spacious offices on Avenue Louise About the job This is a strategic role andyour mission is to generate new bus iness, build long-term client relationships and secure projects by maintaining a high-quality talent pipeline. Business Development Develop new client accounts (hunting) and grow existing relationships (farming). Focus primarily on Staff missions, with exposure to strategic consulting offerings. Manage long-term B2B sales cycles with senior stakeholders (Head of Product, Directors, C-level). Identify opportunities within large organisations and tech scale-ups. Build trusted, long-term partnerships based on quality and expertise Screen and interview Product Management & Design profiles. Maintain a ready-to-use pool of qualified consultants. Ensure strong matching between client needs and consultant profiles. You work hand in hand with the hiring manager About the ideal candidate You have min. 3 years of experience minimum in business development within recruitment, staffing, consulting or a similar B2B environment with long sales cycles. You are autonomous, proactive and immediately operational. You have a strong hunting mindset combined with relationship-building skills. You understand complex organisations and know how to sell value, not volume. You are structured, organised and comfortable working with CRM tools. You enjoy being visible in your ecosystem and attending industry events. You are curious, ambitious and genuinely interested in product management environments Languages French and/or Dutch required Dutch is a strong asset to develop the Flemish market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
