Managing Director Brussels


Become our next Managing Director for Brussels and help our customers shape and deliver high-impact transformation programs.

As a senior leader within threon, you will combine strategic client ownership with hands‑on consulting impact. You will strengthen our footprint in the Brussels market while acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

This is not a pure sales role.

This is not a pure delivery role.

It is the combination of both.

What challenge is waiting for you?

  • Owning and growing a strategic portfolio

    • Take full accountability for strategic accounts in the Brussels region.

    • Build long‑term (C-level) relationships and ensure sustainable portfolio growth

    • Develop deep client relationships that go beyond single‑service engagements.

  • Acting as a trusted executive advisor

    • Engage confidently with CEOs, CIOs, Executive Committees and senior decision‑makers.

    • Act as a sparring partner on complex transformation topics.

    • Ensure strategic alignment between business objectives and transformation initiatives.

    • Strengthen client “stickiness” by combining expertise with long‑term relationship building.

  • Contributing to delivery excellence

    • Listening and advising: Actively listen to client needs, offering expert advice to refine their processes and enhance project outcomes.

    • Setting clear priorities: Collaborate with clients to establish clear priorities across their project portfolios and programs, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.

    • Delivering tailored solutions: Leverage your expertise to deliver customized solutions that meet the unique objectives of each client.

  • Expanding threon’s presence in Brussels

    • Further develop our position within the Brussels market.

    • Navigate complex stakeholder environments and unlock new growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • You have at least 15 years of experience in consulting or high‑end professional services.

  • You are fluent in French and English, with solid knowledge of Dutch (ideally trilingual).

  • You have proven experience in key account management and business development.

  • You are comfortable engaging at C-level level.

  • You have strong expertise in Project, Program and Portfolio Management and understand organizational change dynamics.

  • You are commercially driven while remaining content‑focused and credible in delivery.

  • You have a strong affinity with the Brussels market and understand its corporate and institutional landscape.

  • You are willing to work from client sites within the Brussels region.
