Territory Sales Manager – Belgium & Luxembourg


ppWe are looking for a sales professional to drive our customer engagement to a new level! /p pAs a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a customer base and defined markets in Belgium Luxemburg. You will work from home and spend most of your time (80%) visiting customers and distributors in Belgium. /p pYour role is to identify potential new customers and find new opportunities within existing accounts. To reach sales targets you create opportunities and follow up on leads acquired through marketing efforts, social media and distributors. You will coach the distributors’ sales teams and introduce them to new solutions. You will also map and explore new defined markets and create a sales plan to drive sales growth. /p pBrady provides a training program to help you succeed and become an industry expert. /p pYou will report to the Sales Director Benelux and you will be part of a team including 12 motivated sales colleagues active in the Benelux. /p pIf you enjoy consultative selling, if you like to engage with interesting companies from a wide variety of industries and if you have an unwavering drive to reach your goals, then this is a great opportunity for you! /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou will become the expert in our product- and cable wire assortment for the BeLux region. /li liMaintain and strengthen existing customer and distributor relationships through regular contact and timely follow up. /li liDevelop target accounts, within defined target markets, together with distributors to gain new, long-term customers. /li liPresent, demonstrate and cross sell a wide range of Brady products/services to each of your customers and distributors. /li liTrain distribution partners on new Brady products, and on how to prospect for future opportunities. /li liForecast and report incoming business activity on a weekly and monthly basis. /li liWork closely with technical support, customer service, and inside sales to provide a great customer experience to both end-users and distributors. /li liPlan all sales activities and log related opportunities in Salesforce.com. /li liIdentify, track, and report on regional market information, end-users, distributors, and competitors. /li /ul h3Experience, skills knowledge /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial experience. /li liMinimum 5-7 years of sales experience (preferably with distributor networks). /li liFluent in Dutch, French and English. /li liYou are curious, have a genuine appetite for learning and are open to coaching and on-the-job learning. /li liYou are a patient negotiator and you have strong verbal communication and diplomacy skills. /li liYou are organized and you can comfortably manage multiple tasks. /li liYou are able to sell a broad range of technical solutions. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
