ppAs an Odoo Technical Architect, your main mission is to boost the quality of our analysis and technical solutions provided to customers and to develop the skills of the Developers of the Odoo team. You also work on complex technical solutions and test and challenge functional analyses. /p pYou will be the point of reference for projects requiring the technical expertise of around 20 developers. /p h3POSITION DESCRIPTION /h3 ul liWork on projects as Senior Developer for complex projects, maintain in this way a high level of Odoo and our services/products /li liCollaborate with Developers during critical phases of their projects, with the aim of increasing their skills and avoiding errors /li liEstablish the technical architecture of key projects of the Odoo team /li liEnsure the quality of developments, carry out "quality audits" at the level of the technical solutions offered to customers in order to continuously train the Developers and redirect their projects if necessary /li liShare knowledge and feed the Idealis Academy /li liCoach juniors and those who lack experience in a field /li /ul h3WHAT WE OFFER /h3 ul liAn employment contract for an indefinite period with numerous benefits /li liA pleasant work environment and a great atmosphere at work /li liAn attentive management that listens to its employees /li liVaried and challenging missions /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liBachelor/Master in a field related to the position (Computer Sciences, IT, Engineering, ...) /li liAt least 7 years of experience with Odoo /li liAbility to test and challenge existing solutions /li liSelf-development /li liFocus on quality and adaptability /li liFluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
