Main Responsibilities

As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in the success of our client projects within the Professional Services team, based in Louvain-la-Neuve. You will also collaborate closely with our teams located in Paris.

We are looking for someone capable of managing and supporting our Dutch-speaking clients in the Benelux market.

Project Management & Technical Expertise

• Manage projects from A to Z: kick-off, drafting specifications, test scenarios, documentation, delivery, while ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
• Lead client onboarding phases and ensure smooth project execution.
• Structure and document implementation and integration processes.
• Design and maintain data connections through APIs, ETL processes, and data models.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of data flows across different platforms.

Client Advisory & Support

• Advise clients on the implementation and evolution of their MarTech ecosystem.
• Challenge requirements, ask the right questions, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide guidance on technical architecture and best practices.
• Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams (product, development, sales).

Continuous Improvement & Internal Collaboration

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes.
• Support the Sales team during pre-sales phases.
• Share client feedback to help improve our products and services.

Your Profile

• 3–4 years of experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within the MarTech industry.
• Proven experience in data integration and Technical Consultant.
• Strong understanding of marketing activation platforms and data ecosystems.
• Educational background in project management with a technical orientation, or a technical background that evolved toward project management.
• Solid knowledge of APIs, ETL processes, HTML, and data modelling.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus.
• You are assertive and confident, able to engage with colleagues and clients while building trust.
• You have a natural analytical mindset and can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users, as well as business concepts to technical teams.
• Experience with push notification and wallet tools is a plus.
• Ideally, you have a development background.
