You will join a stable, family-owned company located in the region of Leuven. The organization specializes in developing innovative and sustainable material solutions for a wide range of outdoor applications.As an Operator, you play a key role in the production process. You ensure that machines run smoothly, efficiently, and according to customer specifications.Your responsibilities include:- Adding materials into the machine- Setting and adjusting machine parameters, based on customer requirements- Identifying and removing deviations in the process, checking whether issues are caused by the machine or parameter settings- Investigating and resolving error messages- Cleaning the machine thoroughly after production to prevent contamination- Performing maintenance work on the machine during periods without productionYou are hands-on and take ownership of your work to ensure consistent quality and performance.- Previous experience is not required, but knowledge of electromechanics_through education or experience_is essential.- Experience as a production operator with a focus on electromechanics is a plus.- You take initiative, enjoy responsibility, and are flexible in your work- You speak fluent English or Dutch.- On regular days, you work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
