Beyond shaping strategic initiatives, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and talent development to ensure sustainable growth. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-profile projects and create a strong, motivated team that delivers excellence. /p h3Your role: /h3 ul liLead business development for the Cities Environment subsector, focusing on DG ENV, CINEA, DG MARE and related EU bodies and also United Nations. /li liDrive and execute the business plan aligned with NTT DATA's strategic objectives and revenue targets. /li liDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in EU institutions, leveraging existing framework contracts and exploring new opportunities. /li liCoordinate high-quality proposals for EU public procurement, ensuring compliance and competitiveness. /li liLead commercial visits, networking events, and strategic partnerships to strengthen market influence. /li liLead project delivery end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability while mentoring junior team members. /li liBuild and grow a high-performing team, fostering talent development and creating a collaborative, inclusive work environment. /li /ul h3Your profile: /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, business, engineering, or similar. /li liMinimum 15 years of experience in business development for EU institutions, with proven success in European Commission, in particular DG ENV. /li liDeep knowledge of EU climate and environmental policies (Green Deal, Fit for 55, EU ETS, taxonomy, RepowerEU). /li liStrong network within EU agencies and ability to influence decision-makers. /li liExperience in European public procurement and bid management. /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills; fluent in English (Spanish is a plus). /li liKnowledge or strong curiosity about digitalization trends and technological developments impacting sustainability and public sector innovation. /li /ul h3Benefits: /h3 ul liFlexible Mobility Budget /li liMedical insurance for you and your family /li liLife insurance pension plan /li liAccess to OpenUp wellbeing service /li liLanguage courses /li liUdemy account /li liDiscount in online shops /li li32 days paid annual leave /li /ul h3Why NTT DATA? /h3 pWe value a collaborative and supportive environment, celebrating curiosity and engagement. /p pCareer development.
