They are a joint initiative of the Belgian distribution system operators for electricity and gas. They are responsible for the service of the CMS and PPP applications. The IT service is outsourced but the company has set up a service to the interfacing market parties (suppliers, TSOs, and DGOs). This service has been implemented in the ITIL framework. For the Problem Change process, we are looking for a team of Problem Change Analysts (PCA). /p h3Responsibilities / Role /h3 pThe Problem Change Analyst (PCA) team will work in the service domains: Message Exchange (MEX). The functional domains are Structure, Rectification, Measure, and Cross. Everything related to transactional processing in CMS. Excluded are batch processing (Billing, Settlement) and BI-reporting. The activities will focus on Problem and Change analysis. This request is part of a project application.
