You guide clients and teams through complex choices, and you keep our digital products scalable, secure, and future‑proof. /p pYou connect strategy, design, engineering, data, AI, and MarTech. You enjoy both the big picture and the practical details that make things work in real life. /p pbIF YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL: /b /p ul liLead barchitecture and discovery workshops /b with business and IT stakeholders, mapping current systems, integrations, data flows, and risks /li liDesign and document solution, application, and integration architectures for bweb and mobile products /b, following cloud‑native best practices on bAWS /b and/or bMicrosoft Azure /b /li liCreate clear bC4‑style architecture diagrams /b and technical documentation that guide teams and build stakeholder confidence /li liDefine and guard bnon‑functional requirements and architectural standards /b (performance, scalability, security, observability, maintainability) /li liShape how we use bcloud, data, MarTech, and AI‑powered capabilities /b to improve bcustomer experience /b /li liUse bAI tools /b yourself (for analysis, documentation, coding support) to work faster and smarter /li liSupport proposals and client pitches with clear, no‑nonsense solution stories /li liBuild long‑term trusted relationships by being reliable, transparent, and solution‑oriented /li /ul h3The skills you will bring: /h3 ul lib5+ years /b of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer owning end‑to‑end solutions for digital products. /li liExperience in bdigital agencies, tech consultancies, or a product-driven environment /b, working with cross‑functional, client‑facing teams. /li liClear communicator: bYou explain complex topics in simple language /b and adapt to your audience. /li liStructured thinker: You make trade‑offs explicit and document decisions so bothers can follow. /b /li libComfortable in workshops /b and client meetings, you can handle tension and keep discussions productive. /li liAffinity with modern digital stacks (web, mobile, cloud, integrations, MarTech) and interest in bAI in products. /b /li liCurious and hands‑on: you like trying new tools and patterns, but you stay bpragmatic. /b /li liTeam player who gives and receives bfeedback /b with respect. /li liFluency in bEnglish /b; bDutch /b is a strong plus. /li /ul h3Why November Five? /h3 ul liBecause the work matters.
