European Sales Manager

Our expertise covers milling, mixing, drying, sieving and handling technologies for bulk materials. /p pWe work with customers across the mineral, chemical, food, fertilizer and pharmaceutical industries, and we pride ourselves on our technical know‑how and our close, long‑term customer relationships. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pTo support our growth across Europe, we are looking for an experienced and hands‑on European Sales Manager. Your main goal will be to develop our presence in key European markets, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities aligned with our strategy. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement a clear sales strategy to grow our market share across Europe. /li liIdentify, approach and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. /li liRepresent Lessine at trade fairs, industry events and customer visits throughout Europe. /li liWork closely with our internal teams (marketing, technical sales, project engineers) to ensure smooth project follow‑up and excellent customer satisfaction. /li liMonitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to continuously refine your sales approach. /li liAchieve the sales targets and KPIs defined with management. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liProven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the bulk materials or process equipment industry. /li liStrong understanding of European industrial markets; an existing network is a plus. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills. /li liFluency in English; additional European languages (Dutch, French, German…) are an advantage. /li liAutonomous, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.Willingness to travel frequently across Europe. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA dynamic and innovative work environment within a growing SME. /li liAn attractive salary package with performance‑based commissions. /li liCompany car, laptop and mobile phone. /li liHome office flexibility combined with regular customer visits and monthly meetings at our headquarters in Belgium. /li /ul h3Interested? /h3 pSend your CV and cover letter to: /p pMore information about our company and products: /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
