We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a cross-functional Agile squad within a leading banking environment.

🎯 Your Role

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retro)
• Ensure proper application of Agile methodology
• Coach team & stakeholders on Agile best practices
• Remove impediments and protect the team
• Monitor sprint progress, capacity & velocity
• Manage backlog consistency in Jira
• Drive continuous improvement

✅ Required

• 5+ years as Scrum Master
• Scrum Master Certification
• Strong Agile coaching experience
• Banking sector experience
• Experience with Jira
• Fluent French & English
