Service Delivery Manager


  • Ability to lead operations team (Infrastructure & Application).
  • Project Management - Working with Business and IT (BSM, AO, BAL) Operations team to implement initiatives identified as part of Operations / Delivery Excellence.
  • Implementing best practices for Operations Excellence.
  • Supporting Sales / Solutions team in the RFP (Contract Renewal) process.
  • Supporting Operations team in reducing P1 Incidents.
  • Mapping of services with Application Metal Class.

Required skills and knowledge:

Must have:

  • Should have working experience with Business and IT Operations team.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Application / Infrastructure, ITIL Process.
  • Ability to lead and manage Major Incidents.
  • Service Delivery Management / IT Operations.
  • Experience of ITIL processes managing a large team covering both IT Applications and IT Infrastructure.
  • Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders including onsite/offshore model.

Good to have:

  • Knowledge on IT Operations (Application & Infrastructure Support).
