We are thrilled to announce that we are now the official broadcaster for top football leagues and international content in Portugal and Belgium. /p pAs Head of Marketing for Belgium, you will lead DAZN’s marketing strategy across two key European markets, driving brand awareness, engagement, and subscription growth. This role combines strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring campaigns resonate locally while aligning with DAZN’s global objectives. Acting as the brand guardian for both regions, you will oversee creative development, social media, content marketing, partnerships, and event activations. Your leadership will be critical in building fan-first experiences and positioning DAZN as the leading destination for sports streaming. /p pThis role will be based in Brussels, Belgium. Please also upload your resume in English, thanks! /b /p h3What You’ll Be Doing: /h3 ul libDevelop and execute marketing strategies /b for Belgium to achieve growth and engagement targets. /li libLead brand positioning and creative campaigns /b across acquisition, CRM, digital, social, broadcast, and experiential channels. /li libEnsure brand consistency /b across both markets, acting as the main liaison between local and global creative teams. /li libActivate campaigns on social media and PR, /b leveraging influencers and owned channels to maximize reach. /li libOversee event activations /b at major sports events (e.g., NFL, NHL) and B2B summits. /li libPlan and optimize content marketing strategies /b to drive engagement across platforms. /li libCollaborate with partner marketing teams /b to align and optimize joint programs. /li libManage marketing budgets and performance tracking, /b ensuring ROI-driven decisions. /li libLead and mentor a high-performing team /b, fostering creativity, accountability, and operational excellence /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring: /h3 ul liExpertise in marketing strategy, creative campaign development, social media, and partner marketing. /li liStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. /li liProven experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional projects across multiple markets. /li li8–10 years in sports or entertainment marketing, with deep understanding of subscription models. /li liTrack record in consumer marketing within a subscription-based business. /li liData-driven approach to translating metrics into actionable strategies. /li liDegree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). /li liFluent in English, French and Dutch /li liDeep knowledge of football and local fan culture. /li liPassion for sports and DAZN’s mission. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liMeal tickets - 7€ a day with a personal contribution of 1.09€ /li liNet expense allowance /li liGroup insurance (3% of gross salary) /li liHospitalization insurance (DKV) /li liHome work allowance when you come by private car (max 25 Euro based upon distance in km between home -work).
