Operation supervision & maintenance of on-site power/heat generation plantsGuidance, advice and assistance to our clients with the exploitation of our plantsWork clearance management and supervision of maintenance activities with knowledge of instrumentation & controlEnsuring compliance with HSE standards and behaving mindfully and prioritising safetyAnalysis of plant-related issues (defects, incidents, etc.) with implementation of the proper solutionIdentification of optimization measures and negotiation of customer and supplier agreementsTroubleshooting and implementation of measures during unplanned downtimes, acting independently within the defined operational frameworkParticipation in an on-call service and preparation of incident reports

Higher technical degree or similar qualification with experience in the operation and maintenance of technical installations preferably in power generation and utilitiesProject management skills with good knowledge of process technology and automationCollaborating with empathy and inclusivity in a multidisciplinary team with interest in process and technical topicsFluent in Dutch (C2) and business fluent in English (C1), other language skills are a plusStress resistant and consistently responsive with good communication and social skillsDynamic, independent and flexible person with a strong sense of responsibilityFlexible mobility across Belgium and the Netherlands, typically spending three days on-site and two days in the office
