Head of Global Sales


ph3Mission /h3 pIn our bIndustrial Business Unit /b, IBA designs and delivers badvanced industrial solutions /b worldwide. /p pWe are strengthening our team with a key role: a Head of Global Sales to define and lead our global sales vision. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pAs a Head of Global Sales, your mission will be: /p ul liDefine the global commercial long‑term vision. /li liDeclare the vision in a strategic and then operational commercial roadmap. /li liDevelop the necessary talent pool to fulfill commercial needs. /li liOwn the commercial/selling process. /li /ul h3Challenges we trust you with /h3 pYou will be responsible for an international team of 10 colleagues (7 sales managers, 1 Head of Sales Support, and 2 Business Developers), based in Asia, US and Europe. /p pIn this context, you will: /p ul liLead the team and help them to grow. /li liContribute to the vision and strategy of the Business Unit. /li liDrive the strategy for the international team. /li liTranslate the strategy into operational plans and guide their realization. /li liDecisions impact the medium to long‑term achievement of goals. /li liBe accountable for strategy execution and the achievement of goals. /li /ul h3What We Value /h3 ul liA strong international and industrial experience (at least 15 years) in a similar sector (industrial solutions, medical devices,...). /li liA proven sales experience in a high‑growth market. /li liA proven capability in defining strategies to pursue our growth. /li liAn experience in people management: you can help your team to grow (at least 5 years of experience). /li liA deep interest for technical and financial matters; analytical skills; and the ability to identify and interact easily with customers’ high‑level makers and stakeholders. /li liStrong presentation and communication skills in English; French is an asset. /li /ul h3And you also are /h3 ul liAble to identify business opportunities for the organization and define the sales strategy. /li liAble to think in terms of profit, loss and added value. /li liAble to gain clear agreement and commitment from others by persuading, convincing and negotiating. /li liAble to make prompt and clear decisions and take responsibility for actions and projects. /li liAble to demonstrate a high level of integrity and adherence to IBA principles values. /li liA good listener, consulting others and communicating proactively. /li liResult driven and able to focus on customer needs and satisfaction. /li liWilling to travel on a regular basis (up to 30% of your time, worldwide). /li /ul h3Cherry on the cake /h3 ul liA meaningful role in a mission‑driven company. /li liA permanent contract with a competitive package, including a company car, insurance, meal vouchers, etc. /li liA flexible homeworking policy (hybrid: remote on‑site in Louvain‑la‑Neuve). /li liAn international, agile and inclusive work environment. /li liA role where you’ll have real impact on a strategic function. /li liJoin a BCorp Certified company, balancing professional innovation with personal well‑being. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
