ppbOliver James /b is currently partnering with a leading banking institution in Brussels to recruit a bMachine Learning Engineer /b. /ppOur client is a well-established financial services organisation undergoing a significant data and AI transformation programme. As part of this strategic investment, they are strengthening their analytic and machine learning capabilities in customer analytic and operational optimisation. /ph3Role Overview /h3pAs a bMachine Learning Engineer /b, you will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying scalable machine learning solutions within a regulated banking environment. You will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure that models are robust, production-ready and aligned with governance and security standards. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, develop and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines /liliIndustrialise models from proof of concept to production environments /liliDeploy, monitor and optimise model performance in collaboration with IT and data teams /liliContribute to the evolution of the data and AI architecture /liliEnsure compliance with internal governance policies and regulatory requirements /li /ulh3Profile /h3pBachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field /ppMinimum 2 years of experience in a Machine Learning Engineering or similar role /ppStrong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch /pulliMandatory experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS or Azure), including deployment and management of machine learning solutions in a cloud environment. /li /ulpSolid understanding of MLOps principles and CI/CD practices /ppExperience working with large-scale datasets and distributed systems /ppGood knowledge of SQL and data engineering concepts /ppProfessional fluency in English /ph3Nice to Have /h3pExperience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly Vertex AI, BigQuery or Cloud Run /ppPrevious experience within the banking or financial services sector /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
