Senior Analyst, Sales & Operations Execution (SOE)

We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations Execution (SOE) to help build and lead our International SOE function, starting with EMEA. In this role, you’ll design processes and tools that ensure smooth product deliveries to dealers and distributors, improving customer experience and supporting financial goals. This role is part of the SAP S4 project team and reports to the International Market Planning Manager.

Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Before SAP S4 Go Live (12-18 months)

• Design and document SOE processes, governance, and system setup for EMEA and International needs
• Act as a change agent, promoting SOE value to stakeholders
• Own and optimize the prioritization tool for unit shipments
• Represent SOE in SAP S4 governance
• Collaborate with Analytics to develop decision‑making tools

Phase 2 – After SAP S4 Go Live

• Ensure timely and accurate order deliveries
• Lead SOE governance with key stakeholders
• Manage and optimize the order‑to‑delivery process
• Monitor KPIs and propose improvements
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on customer and dealer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business or Mathematics
• 5+ years in similar roles preferred within an international environment
• Experience leading change and engaging stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and order‑to‑delivery expertise
• Analytical skills and data management (SQL, Snowflake)
• Ability to work across cultures and regions
• English required, French is a plus
