We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Assistant to provide best‑in‑class support to senior managers in a fast‑paced, global environment. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives on enabling leadership, anticipating needs, managing complex priorities, and ensuring operational excellence. You will act as a trusted partner to your managers—driving efficiency, fostering strong communication, and supporting delivery of key initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Manage complex calendars, appointments, and high‑volume correspondence Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, and confidential documents Arrange detailed international travel plans, itineraries, and meeting documentation Serve as a professional point of contact on behalf of the managers Meeting & Event Coordination Organise internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and technical support Take accurate meeting minutes and track follow‑ups and action items Support planning of team events, off‑sites, and engagement activities Information & Workflow Management Act as a liaison within the department and across stakeholders Prioritise incoming issues and requests and determine appropriate responses Maintain organised digital filing and collaboration spaces (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) Budget & Expense Administration Monitor departmental budget and cost centres Manage purchase orders, vendor invoicing, and expense report submissions Project Coordination Support delivery of manager‑led projects and communications plans Assist in tracking milestones, preparing materials, and coordinating deliverables Team & Network Collaboration Engage with assistants across locations to ensure consistent support standards Provide onboarding assistance for new team members Confidentiality & Business Awareness Handle sensitive information with discretion Stay informed on team priorities, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency Requirements Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive or Senior Administrative Assistant Exceptional planning, organisational, and multitasking skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ability to adapt quickly to new tools Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under deadline pressure High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong problem‑solving ability Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Positive attitude, resilience, and strong teamwork orientation Education Bachelor’s degree required How to Apply If this role matches your experience and career goals, we’d love to hear from you.
