In this early‑career role, you will support both solution delivery and post‑go‑live adoption across SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP—applying AI‑enabled insights to accelerate enablement, release adoption, usage monitoring, and value realization. You’ll develop skills in IT strategy, SAP technologies, cloud solutions, and AI, learning hands‑on through real projects with guidance from experienced consultants. This role is a strong entry point into enterprise consulting, where you’ll help customers successfully implement and adopt solutions, use AI to improve outcomes, and grow your career in a collaborative, supportive team environment. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liSuccessfully complete a structured 12‑month learn‑and‑apply academy program /li liParticipate in classroom learning, simulations, and real‑customer engagement scenarios /li liSupport solution implementation activities, including fit‑to‑standard analysis, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and go‑live using SAP Activate /li liAssist in translating business requirements into functional and technical solution components under guidance /li liContribute to defining IT landscapes and integration points aligned with enterprise architecture principles /li liSupport post‑go‑live adoption activities, including enablement planning and release adoption /li liHelp monitor usage, consumption indicators, KPIs, and value realization metrics /li liContribute to Outcome Success Plans and track post‑deployment business impact /li liLeverage AI‑enabled tools to enhance delivery quality, adoption insights, and documentation efficiency /li liCollaborate with Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise Architects, delivery teams, and partners to maintain alignment /li liLearn and apply SAP methodologies, agile practices, and integrated toolchains to support high‑quality project execution /li liContribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, knowledge assets, and customer experience /li /ul h3Expectations and Tasks /h3 ul liSupport customer relationships through consistent delivery quality, responsiveness, and professionalism /li liEnsure disciplined execution, documentation, and follow‑up across implementation and adoption activities /li liProvide clear and concise communications aligned to customer priorities and business outcomes /li liCoordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain clarity of roles, responsibilities, and ownership /li liIdentify potential risks related to delivery or adoption and support mitigation planning /li liEnsure alignment between customer objectives, SAP recommendations, and realized outcomes /li liUphold SAP standards for quality, governance, and engagement excellence /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li1–3 years of professional experience in technology, consulting, or related fields /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills /li liCustomer‑focused mindset with interest in post‑sales adoption and value realization /li liFoundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), integration concepts/APIs, databases, and security basics /li liExposure to SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP BTP is a plus /li liFamiliarity with a programming or scripting language (e.g., ABAP, Python, JavaScript, SQL) preferred /li liDemonstrated curiosity about AI/ML and automation, with interest in applying AI responsibly to improve delivery, enablement, and adoption outcomes /li liSAP coursework or certifications are a plus but not required /li /ul h3Meet Your Team /h3 pThe Technology Consultant is a core role within SAP Customer Services Delivery that partners with account teams and service delivery organizations to design, implement, and optimize technical solutions that help customers realize measurable outcomes from their SAP investments. /p h3About SAP Next Gen Academy for Services Consulting /h3 pThe 12‑month SAP Next Gen Academy for Services Consulting offers classroom learning and role‑focused rotations.
