Join the Mindshift team within threon as a Culture Transformation Consultant and help our clients shape future-ready organizations. /p h3What is waiting for you? /h3 pAs a Mindshift Consultant, you’ll work closely with organizations to unlock their full potential by aligning leadership, culture, and strategy. You’ll operate both strategically and operationally, engaging with stakeholders from the shop floor to the boardroom. /p pYour role will include: /p ul lipbSupporting change management /b initiatives at program level, ensuring alignment across teams and leadership. /p /li lipbTranslating strategic goals /b into actionable behaviors, structures, and cultural shifts. /p /li lipbConducting cultural assessments and organizational scans /b to identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities. /p /li lipbAdvising on organizational design and leadership architecture /b to support strategic execution (e.g. project governance, leadership frameworks, decision-making models). /p /li lipbDesigning or supporting leadership development /b by means of development of vision, culture‑leadership‑fit, competence assessments and training roadmaps. /p /li lipbDesigning and facilitating workshops /b on topics such as culture transformation, leadership development, team effectiveness, or strategic alignment on executive, tactical and operational levels in the organization. /p /li /ul pYou’ll work closely with our clients as a trusted advisor, embedded in the Mindshift team leveraging shared expertise, inspiration, support. /p pEven if you are fully assigned to a client, you remain an integral part of the Mindshift team and will always be included in team meetings. /p h3What will you be doing if not at the client: /h3 pWorking on customer assignments or working within the Mindshift team is equally important.
