This individual will be instrumental in augmenting UNICC capacity and capabilities in developing, implementing, and managing blockchain-based solutions and projects for various UNICC clients. /p pRequired Profile: /p pThe Senior Blockchain Solution Architect is expected to possess a high level of technical expertise and experience in the field of blockchain technology and cryptography. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with a substantial background in building blockchain solutions, systems and applications and proven experience in blockchain (such as published source code, blog posts, contribution to blockchain organizations, etc.). /p pThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of: /p ul liProgramming languages with a preference toward C/C++, Rust, Python, or Go /li liSecurity concepts and secure architectures /li liCryptography and weaknesses in cryptographic implementations /li liArchitecting blockchain solutions on multiple platforms /li liDeveloping and deploying smart contracts on different blockchain frameworks and/or solutions /li liHyperledger Fabric and Indy /li liProgramming smart contracts with languages such as Solidity, Vyper, Yul. /li /ul pThe Senior Blockchain Solution Architect will work under the supervision of a tech lead. This supervision will provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with UNICC’s overall ICT strategy and government standards. Despite the supervisory structure, the role requires a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. The consultant is expected to take initiative and make informed decisions, while still adhering to the strategic objectives and operational frameworks set by the supervisory authority. Regular reporting and communication with the supervisory personnel are essential to ensure that projects are on track and aligned with organizational goals. The consultant should be prepared to present progress updates, discuss challenges, and seek guidance as needed. /p pScope of Work / Duties of Consultant: /p ul liUnder supervision of the tech lead, develop and implement blockchain solutions, systems, and applications for UNICC projects. /li liCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and analyze blockchain technology needs. /li liDesign and develop secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain architectures. /li liProvide expert guidance on blockchain technology, trends, and best practices. /li liEnsure compliance with UNICC standards related to blockchain technology. /li liManage the entire lifecycle of blockchain projects, from conception to deployment and maintenance. /li liConduct training sessions and workshops for internal staff on blockchain technology. /li liProduce technical documentation, including system designs, implementation plans, and user guides. /li /ul pRequired Technical Skills: /p pThe resource MUST have the following skills and experience: /p ul libExpertise in Blockchain Technologies /b: Profound knowledge of blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or others, and an understanding of the underlying principles of blockchain technology, including distributed ledger technology and cryptographic protocols. /li libSmart Contract Development /b: Experience in developing and deploying smart contracts, particularly using languages such as Solidity, Vyper, Yul. /li libCryptography Knowledge /b: Understanding of cryptographic principles and security protocols that underpin blockchain technologies. /li libSystem Architecture Design /b: Ability to design scalable and secure blockchain system architectures.
