Mission Description Job Description We are seeking a Freelance IT Support Technician (Junior to Mid-level) for a short-term assignment (3 to 6 months) based onsite in Zaventem, Belgium . The role focuses on providing hands-on IT end-user support in a corporate environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, supporting workplace equipment, and delivering high-quality technical assistance to internal users. The position requires a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in an onsite support environment. Profile Requirements Mandatory Skills & Experience Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT support (Level 1 / Level 2) Good experience in Windows support (Windows 10/11) Proven experience in end-user onsite support Printer support and troubleshooting Video conferencing support (Teams, Zoom or similar) Basic LAN/network troubleshooting (connectivity, cabling, IP issues) Hardware support (laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, peripherals) Incident logging and follow-up using ticketing systems Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests Strong customer service and communication skills Languages (Mandatory) Dutch – Good English – Fluent Additional Information Contract Type: Freelance Project Duration: 3 to 6 months Location: Onsite in Zaventem, Belgium Start Date: ASAP
