Our customers use our products to accurately position components in precise applications such as microscopy, medical devices, laser systems and chip manufacturing machines. We mainly serve international innovative manufacturing customers, meaning we strongly rely on our digital channels and processes to attract new customers and engage with existing ones. That’s why we are looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Specialist to help us to streamline our sales and marketing processes and tech stack. The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for the following: Ensure smooth integration of dataflows across the Xeryon technology stack (Web Content Management System, CRM and ERP). Collaborate closely with the ERP Odoo production planner to ensure data and process consistency across the organization. Help define and enforce a master data governance approach. New revenue team member Odoo onboarding and training. Support managerial go-to-market business analytics needs. Manage the sales and marketing tech stack vendors and ensure optimal usage. In order to be successful in your role, you’ll bring the following skills to the team: Advanced Excel knowledge. Project management skills. Strong English language skill, additional languages are a bonus. You’re a digital native who understands the marketing and sales process. You’re a communicative problem solver with a data driven mindset. You’re curious and feel comfortable testing and proposing new more efficient ways to organize ourselves in order to achieve our revenue objectives and KPIs.
