Senior Java Developer F/M/X

ppWe are seeking a bSenior Java Developer (Trilingual) /b to join our teams in Brussels. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. Your ability to work fluently in bEnglish, French, and Dutch /b will be a strong asset in ensuring smooth communication in a multicultural environment. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. /li liParticipate in the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. /li liCollaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. /li liPerform code reviews, ensure coding standards, and promote best practices. /li liContribute to system integration and ensure smooth interoperability with other applications. /li liMentor junior developers and share expertise within the team. /li liProvide technical documentation and support during testing and deployment phases. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. /li li5–8 years of professional experience as a Java Developer, including experience in enterprise-level projects. /li liStrong knowledge of Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA. /li liFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and cloud environments. /li liExperience with Agile / Scrum methodologies. /li liProblem‑solving mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work in multicultural teams. /li liFluent in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written). /li /ul h3 /p
