Your responsibilities will include: /p ul libL3 Incident Resolution /b: Provide support by analyzing and resolving incidents raised by the service desk and L2 support team. /li libSales Project Management /b: Collaborate on feasibility studies, resource assessments, and schedule management to ensure successful project execution. /li libInfrastructure Audits Solution Design /b: Conduct audits on client infrastructures and craft tailored solutions. /li libProject Implementation /b: Oversee internal and/or on-site installations, ensuring seamless execution. /li libServer Client Configuration /b: Handle server and client configurations, ensuring optimal performance. /li libDocumentation /b: Control and maintain meticulous documentation for all projects, ensuring clarity and compliance. /li /ul pYour dedication to providing excellent service will be pivotal in adhering to client timelines and internal procedures. /p h3Profile /h3 pWe are looking for a dynamic professional who brings at least b5 years of IT support experience /b. Ideal candidates will have certifications and expertise in the following areas: /p ul libManaged Services (infra security) /b /li libNetwork Technologies /b: Proficiency in bIP /b, bDHCP /b, bDNS /b, bVLAN /b, etc. /li libEmail Environments /b: Expertise in bOffice/Microsoft 365 /b, bActive Directory /b, bExchange /b. /li libWindows Server /b: Hands‑on experience with badministration, configuration, and deployment /b of Windows Server, and bActive Directory /b. /li libVirtualization /b: Knowledge of bVMware /b technologies. /li libBackup Systems /b: Experience with backup solutions like bVeeam /b. /li libCloud Technologies /b: Strong understanding of bCloud solutions /b. /li libScripting/Automation /b: Basic knowledge of bPowershell /b and Group Policy. /li libStorage Systems /b: Familiarity with bSAN /b (HPE). /li libSecurity Standards /b: Familiarity with standards such as bISO27000 /b, NIS2 regulation, bNinjaOne /b, bIntune /b, bSentinelOne /b, bDefender /b, bCisco Meraki /b, and more. /li /ul pbRequired Certifications /b: /p ul libHPE Server Storage /b /li libMicrosoft Expert /b (Server, Azure) /li libVMware VCP /b /li /ul pYou bring a bcustomer‑centric mindset /b and are btrilingual /b (bwith a perfect knowledge of Dutch /b, a proficiency in English and French).
