The role involves operational management at the site for ambitious construction projects. /ph3Your Role /h3pA job at the crossroads of engineering, coordination and communication. You are the central contact point on the site, ensuring the day-to-day site operations run smoothly. You are typically one of the first on site, review the daily schedule, and manage priorities from the site itself. You work closely with workers, foremen, architects, suppliers and project leaders, aiming to keep all parties informed and engaged. You aim to have the workplace within a reasonable driving distance from your home. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliYou take operational control of the site: you start with the necessary preparation and, using the project plan, coordinate the work so that everyone knows what to do. /liliYou communicate regularly with the project manager and external parties (architects, suppliers, etc.). /liliYou ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental regulations. /liliYou manage budgets for the purchase of materials. /liliYou draw up schedules and progress reports. /liliYou lead the site meetings. /li /ulh3Your Work Context /h3pFor this position good knowledge of the Dutch language is a prerequisite.
