If so, we want to hear from you! /p h3As Manager at Methis Consulting /h3 pyou’ll work on high-impact projects for top-tier companies in the Public Transport Aviation industry. You are actively positioning Methis at clients and you and you work full time on client delivery projects. You take responsibility for the quality of our work, you organize, lead and monitor projects of individuals and the coherence of those projects. This helps the client improve their business processes. /p ul liManaging organizational processes, from the implementation of new technologies and new business models to the optimization of processes. /li liOptimizing (customer)processes, including the implementation and acceptance within the organisation. /li liManaging business and IT projects /li liManaging stakeholders from organisations. /li liBuilding and maintaining a relevant network with current and new customers. /li liManaging and guiding consultants during projects and in their personal development. /li liContribute to and codevelop the public transport and aviation industries at Methis /li /ul h3What makes you a great fit? /h3 ul liA strong analytical mindset with bsolid problem-solving skills /b. /li liAn bdeep understanding of Public Transport or Aviation business processes /b and an eagerness to keep learning. /li liAbility to bcommunicate effectively /b with both business and technical teams, ensuring seamless project execution. /li /ul h3What we are looking for? /h3 ul liA completed Bachelor’s and Master’s degree with a technical or numerical component. /li liAt least 5 years of relevant work experience including experience in consultancy. /li liAt least 3 years of experience as the responsible manager in a project environment (with a good track record) within public transport (STIB, Le Tec, De Lijn, NMBS/SNCB, Port, ...) and aviation (airport, airline, etc). /li liExperience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, Process Modeling Analysis, and Enterprise/Process Architecture. /li liAbility to quickly understand client processes and systems /li liStrong personality and a real team-player with excellent communication analytical skills. /li liCommercial expertise; experience in building and maintaining customer relationships. /li liYou’re fluent in Dutch/French and English. /li /ul h3What we offer? /h3 pMethis Consulting aims to grow your career, and that includes an attractive package: /p ul liMarket-based total compensation package /li liMobility (company car or mobility budget) /li liLaptop and telephony /li /ul h3What do we stand for? /h3 h3Personal growth /h3 ul liContinuous development: we are committed to your professional development.
