ph3Associate Director – Competition Law /h3 pWe are partnering with a global organisation to appoint a strategic and dynamic Competition Lawyer to support its European operations across a wide range of competition law matters. The role offers a key part in shaping the transformation of the organisation’s global legal function. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement competition compliance strategy. /li liAdvise on merger control and broader competition law issues. /li liReview and strengthen internal policies, including dawn raid procedures. /li liMonitor regulatory and policy developments across relevant jurisdictions. /li liProvide competition and merger control advice in connection with acquisitions and distribution structures. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 8+ years PQE with strong academic credentials. /li liRobust competition law experience within a reputable in‑house legal team, covering multiple jurisdictions. /li liBroad‑range expertise in abuse of dominance, horizontal and vertical agreements, MA matters, and designing and implementing competition‑law compliance programmes. /li liExcellent communication skills, commercial acumen and adaptability. /li liA hands‑on approach and flexibility to support other workstreams as required. /li /ul pSeniority level: Mid‑Senior.
