When starting at EY-Parthenon, you will set a broad foundation of knowledge and allows you to become a well-rounded advisor with both technical excellence and deep sector understanding as your career progresses. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBe responsible for the execution of valuation and financial modelling projects and have the opportunity to lead EY-Parthenon teams and manage interactions with client management and senior members of the EY-Parthenon team /li liParticipate in the preparation of deliverables including financial models, reports, presentations and discussions with the client /li liCommunicate effectively with the engagement lead, the client, and the wider team in a concerted effort towards delivering work products of the highest standard /li liApply logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to support resolution of issues /li liAssist senior team members in developing new business /li liProvide coaching to others, share your technical and other knowledge with your team /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liA strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering (Management or Industrial) or other related field /li liThe ability to demonstrate intellectual rigour and commercial awareness, combined with first-class numeracy and analytical skills /li li5+ years of related work experience in valuation, corporate finance, strategic planning, financial modelling; financial /debt advisory /li liStrong commercial experience and/or relevant industry or transaction experience /li liValuation knowledge and financial modelling ability and experience /li liDemonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects /li liStrong project management and organisation skills – as a manager in the team you would be in a charge of projects, discuss directly with clients and mentor junior team members /li liStrong knowledge and awareness of evolving data analytics tools and related software, including data visualization and database skills to connect data and deliver decision making solutions /li liExperience of managing the client relationship and using this to create new business opportunities /li liExcellent report writing, communication skills both oral and written in English with knowledge of Dutch or French /li liStrong interpersonal skills: ability to work as part of a diverse team, build effective relationships at all levels and handle multiple responsibilities /li /ul h3What’s In It For You /h3 ul liEY Family – you become part of the EY Family providing you with all the necessary skills, training and opportunities; enabling you to grow to your fullest potential. /li liAttractive remuneration package - including a company car and charging car, iPhone plus subscription, health insurance, pension plan, meal vouchers, and eco vouchers.
