Senior Full-Stack Engineer

As we are building enterprise‑grade production‑deployed applications, we are looking for an experienced leader who can guide the development of robust, secure, and scalable applications while mentoring team members. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the design, development, and deployment of high‑quality software architecture and complex, scalable full‑stack applications. /li liCollaborate closely with AI and ML engineers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient, high‑quality software solutions. /li liDefine and drive the technical roadmap; identify, prioritize, and delegate tasks within the software development life cycle, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery. /li liOversee and actively contribute to the development and maintenance of robust, scalable, and high‑performance web applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. /li liMentor, coach, and lead a team of full‑stack developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. /li liChampion and implement automation for development, testing, and deployment processes using appropriate tools and scripting. /li liLead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability. /li liEstablish and oversee comprehensive validation and verification testing strategies to ensure product quality. /li liEnsure comprehensive documentation of architectural decisions, development phases, and system designs; lead efforts in system monitoring, performance optimization, and incident resolution. /li liLead and guide the team through the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and architectural design through to deployment, maintenance, and scaling. /li liDrive technical innovation, evaluate and recommend new technologies, and promote best practices within the engineering team. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in native Dutch and English (French is a plus). /li liBSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MSc is a plus). /li liProven experience of minimum 5 years in full‑stack software development, with at least 3 years in a senior engineering or technical leadership role, demonstrating successful project delivery and team leadership. /li liExtensive hands‑on expertise in software development with TypeScript, React, and Node.js. /li liStrong experience designing, building, and maintaining GraphQL APIs (e.g., Apollo, TypeGraphQL) and integrating with front‑end frameworks (e.g., react‑query, Apollo Client). /li liExperience with NestJS for building both GraphQL and REST APIs, leveraging its modular architecture, built‑in decorators, and robust support for scalable backend applications. /li liProficiency in modern CSS, Sass, and CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS/TailwindUI, with a strong focus on building responsive, accessible, and high‑performance user interfaces. /li liDeep understanding and practical experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), including data modeling, performance optimization, and schema design. /li liProven experience architecting, developing, and managing large‑scale applications, preferably utilizing monorepos (e.g., NxDev, TurboRepo). /li liExperience with various testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) and establishing comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, end‑to‑end). /li liStrong experience in designing, deploying, and managing applications on Microsoft Azure cloud environment or AWS (e.g., App Service, Azure Functions, AKS, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL). /li liExceptional analytical mind with strong problem‑solving aptitude and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and make sound architectural decisions. /li liExperience in designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). /li liExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). /li liDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor a development team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. /li liExcellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. /li liExperience in solution architecture and driving technical direction for software projects. /li /ul h3Additional Qualifications /h3 ul liDemonstrated leadership skills, including team management and technical mentorship. /li liPrior experience in software startups and corporate environments, providing balanced strategic insights. /li liHands‑on experience with AI technologies, including integrating AI models into applications or working with AI‑driven product features. /li liFamiliarity with data processing, MLOps, and machine learning concepts and workflows. /li liWorked with ReactNative or other mobile development frameworks. /li liActive contributions to open‑source projects or strong engagement with the tech community. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liA rewarding salary package that includes additional perks like a company car and fuel card or a mobility budget, comprehensive hospitalization and group insurance, along with a top‑tier laptop and smartphone. /li liBenefit from a company culture that stimulates both individual and team development, fostering your professional and leadership growth. /li liUtilize your innovation budget for engaging in exciting, educational, and challenging open‑source projects within your guild. /li liParticipate in team‑building activities and gatherings, a great opportunity to unwind and engage with our vibrant team initiatives. /li liA flexible hybrid working‑policy to choose where, how, and when you want to work. /li /ul h3Job Details /h3 ul liSeniority level: Not Applicable /li liEmployment type: Full‑time /li liJob function: Information Technology /li liIndustries: Technology, Information and Internet /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
