OverviewICT Security Manager role within the ICT Security team at De Lijn. You will lead risk management, crisis management and strategic policy development, and contribute to a strong governance and compliance framework in a dynamic team of project staff and ICT security architects. The role is part of the ICT Security department within the ICT & Digitalization directorate.Responsibilities- Outlining and implementing cyber risk management and ICT security across the organization.- Translating business strategy and risk appetite into a strategic and tactical ICT security plan.- Developing, maintaining and communicating ICT security and compliance policies, standards and processes.- Operationally monitoring security incidents, including crisis management and 24/7 on-call duties.- Defining and validating ICT security architecture and directing suppliers.- Monitoring audits, assessments and external benchmarks and implementing improvement actions.- Reporting to ManCom, the Board and internal audit committees.Team Lead Security Operations & Risk Governance- Lead the operational security team (including crisis management during incidents).- Translate risks into technical and policy measures.- Responsible for establishing, managing and communicating ICT security principles, policies and technology standards.- Follow technological innovations and share knowledge within the organization.- Manage the team and department budget and organize team meetings.- Further develop the organizational chart and supervise new employees in the on-call duty.- Maintain contact with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external peers.Profile / Qualifications- Minimum 8 years of experience in security, preferably in an architectural role.- Master in ICT or equivalent by experience, preferably in large companies.- Deep technical insight with the ability to explain complex material clearly.- Experience with people management and leading technical teams.- Certifications such as ISO 27001, CISM, CISSP.- Strong interest in the field and a drive to stay up-to-date.- Certification as SABSA security architect is a plus.- Experience with reporting to ManCom and RvB.What we offerFor the fourth year in a row De Lijn is recognized as a “Pioneering Employer.” Below are the key benefits:- A competitive monthly salary aligned to your diploma, competencies and relevant experience.- Additional benefits including meal vouchers, double holiday pay, year-endbonus, pension savings, hospitalisation and accident insurance, MOBIB card for you and your family, free train travel for commuting or a bike allowance, and optional company car lease.- Cafeteria plan with options around mobility, health and work-life balance to tailor your package.- Holiday entitlement of 35 days, with potential increases with tenure.- Professional development opportunities to grow as an expert and share knowledge across colleagues, with possible horizontal and vertical career paths.- Flexible working option to balance work and private life (up to 2 days remote, with 1–2 days per week required in Mechelen).InformationFor questions about the application process, contact Pauline Desmet, recruiter at pauline.desmet@delijn.be or for function-related questions with Stijn Meul, ICT Security Manager at stijn.meul@delijn.be.at De Lijn everyone is welcome.
