Job Description

• Lead by example : Drive your own pipeline, meet clients, and close deals
• Coach & manage : Develop your sales team through active coaching and regular feedback
• Own performance : Take charge of team targets, client success, and commercial outcomes
• Hunt for growth : Spot new opportunities, upsell, cross-sell, and go to market strategy.
• Collaborate : Work across teams and geographies to shape and implement business strategy
• Stay sharp : Keep up with industry trends and client challenges

Qualifications

• Provenhunter profile with strong B2B sales experience
• Track record inhands‑on team leadership and operational management
• Comfortable withcomplex consultative sales cycles and C-level interactions

About You:

• Strong knowledge or interest inFinance, Tax, R&D, Payroll topics
• Entrepreneurial, result‑driven, and always ready to go the extra mile
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
