Wat: ICT Management Management Frequentie: Dagelijks Wekelijks Head of IT & Digital Innovation - Vadigran Group Your Role You will be the backbone of Vadigran Groups IT and digital innovation. This is a hybrid role: you will strategically modernize our systems , enable AI-driven insights and automation across B2B and D2C operations, and lead transformation projects, while keeping the day-to-day operations in IT running. You will report to the CFO and work closely with our CEO and general managers, ensuring systems, data, and automation drive real business value. Key Responsibilities Own the overall IT strategy, architecture, and roadmap in close partnership with the CFO and CEO Ensure alignment between business priorities and IT capabilities Safeguard operational continuity of the ERP, e-commerce platform, data integrations, and other business-critical systems Evaluate and help implement new tools while safeguarding continuity and scalability Coordinate internal IT resources and external vendors Own and manage the IT budget Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and SLAs Digital Innovation & Business Partnership Act as IT Business Partner to department heads (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Operations, ...) Serve as the bridge between IT and business Enable and support digital initiatives (automation, reporting, AI, tooling) Inspire and challenge teams through sparring, demos, and 1-on-1 conversations Translate business ideas and requirements into feasible, secure, and scalable innovative IT solutions Define and monitor KPIs that indicate digital maturity, adoption, and value creation Operational IT & Reliability Act as first-line IT support, ensuring day-to-day operational reliability and system uptime across all brands and offices Together with external partners/MSP, provide timely support for: Laptop and other hardware issues Access and identity management New employee onboarding Everyday IT questions (small system troubleshooting, ad hoc support, …) Profiel Who we are looking for 5–10 years IT, systems or digital roles experience, ideally in multi-company or multi-brand environments Strong IT background and vocabulary — you are the technical reference point in the organization A generalist mindset: comfortable switching between strategy, architecture, vendor management, and hands-on problem solving Strong interest or experience in AI, automation, and data-driven business solutions Hands-on, pragmatic, and happy to “get your hands dirty” when needed Experience with implementation of ERP systems, cloud platforms, and integrated business environments Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills You are pragmatic, curious, and business oriented Challenging the status-quo Comfortable working in transformations and in a small, growing organization with some legacy systems Experience in an organization going through digital transformation Exposure to B2B and D2C business models Experience in FMCG or consumer brands (e.G. exposure to demand forecasting processes, inventory management, warehouse/ logistic systems, EDI/Customer integrations) Proficient in French, English and Dutch Experience in coding and/or having built you own model Aanbod What we offer A rare opportunity to lead digital transformation in a multi-brand group Responsibility for AI and innovation projects that will shape the future of Vadigran Group Hands-on variety: from strategic planning to solving everyday IT issues Dynamic, small-team environment where you can make a real impact A competitive salary and benefits based on your expertise and experience.
