Finance Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced Financial Business Partner to join the Finance/Business Controlling team in Brussels, covering a temporary long-term absence.

The Role

You will have two main missions:

Take ownership of the budget, forecast, and 3-year planning, ensuring accurate and insightful financial analysis.
Lead the update, simplification, and automation of the cross-charging mechanism used to re-invoice shared costs fairly across business units.

In addition, you will contribute to broader Finance/Business Controlling activities, including monthly close, variance analysis, management reporting, business cases, and strategic projects. You will provide insights to senior management, challenge operational and financial assumptions, and influence high-level decisions.

Your Profile

Hard Skills

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 7–10 years of experience in Finance, Business Controlling, or Management Consulting
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning (P&L, Capex, Cash)
• Experience with process improvement, automation, and cross-charging mechanisms
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP/financial systems knowledge
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong asset
