Together. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 pAs a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in the success of our client projects within the Professional Services team, based in Louvain-la-Neuve. You will also collaborate closely with our teams located in Paris. /p pWe are looking for someone capable of managing and supporting our Dutch-speaking clients in the Benelux market. /p h3Project Management Technical Expertise /h3 ul liManage projects from A to Z: kick-off, drafting specifications, test scenarios, documentation, delivery, while ensuring deadlines and quality are met. /li liLead client onboarding phases and ensure smooth project execution. /li liStructure and document implementation and integration processes. /li liDesign and maintain data connections through APIs, ETL processes, and data models. /li liEnsure the quality and consistency of data flows across different platforms. /li /ul h3Client Advisory Support /h3 ul liAdvise clients on the implementation and evolution of their MarTech ecosystem. /li liChallenge requirements, ask the right questions, and recommend suitable solutions. /li liProvide guidance on technical architecture and best practices. /li liAct as a bridge between the client and internal teams (product, development, sales). /li /ul h3Continuous Improvement Internal Collaboration /h3 ul liContribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes. /li liSupport the Sales team during pre-sales phases. /li liShare client feedback to help improve our products and services. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul li3–4 years of experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within the MarTech industry. /li liProven experience in data integration and Technical Consultant. /li liStrong understanding of marketing activation platforms and data ecosystems. /li liEducational background in project management with a technical orientation, or a technical background that evolved toward project management. /li liSolid knowledge of APIs, ETL processes, HTML, and data modelling. /li liFluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus. /li liYou are assertive and confident, able to engage with colleagues and clients while building trust. /li liYou have a natural analytical mindset and can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users, as well as business concepts to technical teams. /li liExperience with push notification and wallet tools is a plus. /li liIdeally, you have a development background. /li /ul h3Ready to grow with us? /h3 pJoin Actito and help shape user experiences that truly make an impact.
