ppbMission Overview /b About the job IT Project Manager Consultant /p pAbout the job IT Project Manager Consultant This is a consultancy mission at a leading financial institution, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an IT Project Manager. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be deployed on client projects, working on-site and collaborating closely with client teams to deliver impactful results. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to defined objectives and scope, under the consultancy model of Keystone Solutions. /li liOversee project delivery, ensuring the desired results are achieved, resources are used efficiently, and all stakeholders’ interests are satisfied. /li liWork within an Agile Scrum Tribe, reporting to the IT Tribe Lead in a demanding banking environment focused on delivery, security, and collaboration. /li liCoordinate and oversee deliveries across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with IT Tribe leads. /li liEnsure commitments are met regarding deadlines, quality, and budget in collaboration with technical teams. /li liIdentify and remove impediments to project progress. /li liEnsure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies. /li liCollaborate with various teams and ensure effective communication and reporting. /li liCommunicate daily with the IT Tribe Lead. /li liProduce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking. /li liPrepare and present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in a complex Agile environment. /li liExperience in the banking sector is a plus. /li liStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence). /li liProven experience in project management and delivery management. /li liExperience with banking back-end systems and document management solutions is preferable. /li liMaster's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration. /li liAgile Project Management certification; PMI/PMP knowledge is a plus. /li liFluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus. /li liLeadership and ability to unite cross-functional teams. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liStrong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. /li liService-oriented mindset and customer focus. /li liRigor, strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to anticipate. /li liResilience under pressure and ability to manage priorities. /li liTeam spirit, collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and passion for continuous improvement. /li liAdaptability in a constantly evolving environment. /li liExpectation: 50% on site 50% homeworking. /li /ul h3Why Join Keystone Solutions? /h3 ul liAs a consultant, you will experience a dynamic variety of projects and challenges across different client environments. /li liKeystone Solutions offers turbo-charged learning opportunities, supporting your professional development and broadening your expertise. /li liWe are committed to your career growth and ambition, providing a framework where you can thrive and advance. /li liBeing a “K-Stone” means bringing our core values—excellence, integrity, and collaboration—to every engagement. /li /ul h3Ready to Apply? /h3 pIf you are ready to tackle technical and strategic challenges in a dynamic consultancy environment, apply today at Keystone Solutions Career Portal. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
