They build and recommend innovative solutions to improve productivity, reduce expenditure and utilise technology to achieve long‑term business goals. /p h3EXCITING RIGHT? :) AND MORE PRECISELY, THEY HELP ORGANIZATIONS IN THEIR TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY THROUGH OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE /h3 ul liWorking on operational excellence action plans to improve clients' performance = ACT /li liAnalyzing key processes and proposing solutions = SIMPLIFY and IMPROVE /li liMaking and presenting eye catching and mind‑blowing presentations = SHOWCASE /li liImplementing solutions and support teams until sustainable results are achieved = COACH /li liOnboard and train young consultants to develop their talents = INSPIRE /li liMaking the implementation of the corporate strategy a smooth, efficient and happy track = FACILITATE /li liTracking results and seeking for continuous improvement = LEARN/IMPROVE/GET RESULTS /li liBecoming a reliable and trustworthy to everyone in the company = BUILD TRUST /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE? /h3 ul liYou are Master graduated in the field you like we're quite open: Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance etc... /li liYou speak both English and French !
