Director, Business Development (Belgium, Netherlands and NATO)

ph3Director, Business Development (Belgium, Netherlands and NATO) /h3 pApply for the Director, Business Development role at Anduril Industries. /p h3Company Overview /h3 pAnduril Industries is a defense technology company committed to transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI‑powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a real‑time, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting‑edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years. /p h3About the Team /h3 pThe Business Development (BD) team, within Anduril’s Growth organization, is responsible for identifying, shaping, capturing, and growing new opportunities and capabilities for the company. To meet current and future client needs, the team must deeply understand users’ pain points, how current solutions fail, and how Anduril products can deliver more effective mission outcomes. BD team members serve as the bridge between clients and the broader Anduril team; they convey client perspectives to other teams across the enterprise while also serving as the Anduril brand ambassador externally. They partner extensively with Anduril Business Lines and the Mission Operations team to ensure that Anduril products exceed client expectations and mission demands, and to drive continuous product improvements in response to ever‑changing client needs and operating environments. /p pAnduril is open to candidates willing to live and work in Belgium or the Netherlands for this role. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liGenerate and capture business opportunities. You will partner with our Mission Operations team, which executes existing contracts, to grow business with current clients. This does not simply include expanding upon current work, but also leveraging existing partnerships to explore new areas of work or opportunities by sustaining and building upon the strong foundation of those client relationships. /li liCommunicate our value to clients. BD team members represent Anduril to a broad audience: clients, partners, competitors, and the interested public. You must project the company’s ethos, conveying insights that illustrate our approach to building next‑generation defense technology and our competitive edges in doing so. /li liInform product development. Internally, you will provide the necessary clarity to inform priorities, keep Anduril stakeholders informed, determine key milestones, and proactively provide clear communications to appropriate levels of the company.
