As a Reward Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining and improving all reward components within Bleckmann. Analysing market data and salary benchmarks and using this information to make proposals to support our remuneration strategy.
Support the variable remuneration processes, including preparation, data management, reporting, follow-up and communication.
Optimising HRIS processes within Reward: data quality, testing, configuration and continuous improvement.
Actively contributing to implementation, change management and training related to Performance Management.
Preparing management reports and ad hoc analyses for HR leadership and the executive team.
Developed Excell and data-tools skills
