After smashing the €1M annual turnover milestone in Wallonia, earning the trust of brands like Orange, Randstad, Dior, Walibi and ING, we’re stepping into our next chapter: a bold, structured expansion into Flanders. And this is where you come in. Your role As Business Developer – Flanders, you will play a key role in building and growing LVL’s presence in the Flemish market. You’ll work closely with the founder and be involved both strategically and operationally. 1️⃣ Prospection & new client acquisition (Flanders) Identify and approach new B2B clients Build and manage your own sales pipeline Represent LVL’s value proposition with a strong focus on local, premium and Belgian products Actively contribute to market intelligence and positioning in Flanders 2️⃣ Relationship management with existing clients Maintain and grow relationships with existing Flemish clients Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships 3️⃣ Support the launch & expansion in Flanders Actively support the go-to-market strategy in Flanders Provide local insights on market expectations, pricing, communication and culture Work closely with operations & marketing to adapt offerings when needed Be a true local ambassador for LVL in Flanders Your Profile Native or fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory) French is a strong plus (internal communication & cross-Belgian collaboration) First experience in business development, sales or account management (B2B) Comfortable with prospecting, relationship-building and autonomy Entrepreneurial mindset: you like building things, not just maintaining them Strong communication skills and a natural sense of trust Interest in food, local products, craftsmanship or premium brands is a big plus What we offer A key role in a fast-growing Belgian company Direct collaboration with the founder and real impact on strategic decisions High level of autonomy and responsibility Competitive salary package including Company car, Meal vouchers, Eco-cheques and Performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow with the company as LVL expands further
