Supporting store performance You analyze KPIs (sales, average basket size, conversion rate) and actively contribute to achieving—and exceeding—targets. Motivating & coaching the team Together with the Store Manager, you lead a motivated and well-trained team (12-15 colleagues) who enjoy coming to work every day. ️ You assist with stock management, scheduling, checkout operations, visual merchandising, and maintain a perfect store presentation. You assist customers with a smile, inspire them, and ensure everyone feels welcome in the store. Managing back office & administration You support with staff scheduling, reporting, and general store organization. Experience in retail mandatory, in a leadership role.
