Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a global aviation leader on a contract basis. In this role, you will be the bridge between operational excellence and digital transformation. You will support international systems and projects aimed at modernizing airline operations, specifically focusing on Quality, Safety, and Resource Management. As a key member of a specialized center of excellence, you will guide functional teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. You will play a vital role in the analysis, testing, and implementation of tools that enhance the experience for both crews and customers. Your Contribution Support global technical and functional experts in describing, implementing, and maintaining mission-critical aviation systems. Investigate and validate user change requests to drive continuous improvement within a complex transport network. Provide day-to-day support for specialized solutions in Quality & Safety Management and Crew Planning. Lead work packages through all stages—from writing unambiguous requirements and data descriptions to preparing test cases and coordinating UAT. Act as a liaison between aviation subject matter experts, IT departments, and external software vendors. Who are we looking for? * At least 5 years of experience in an analytical, project-oriented, or operational role within the Aviation industry (Flight Ops or Crew Planning is a major plus). High IT aptitude with experience in industry-standard aviation management tools and project software (e.G., JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar). A strong problem-solver who thinks logically about data, systems, and regulated processes. Fluent in English with the ability to communicate complex ideas concisely to diverse stakeholders. Master’s degree or equivalent through industry experience.
