Our client, a leading global
Biopharma organisation , is expanding its Digital Technology Finance function and seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to support transformation across Finance & Procurement domains. This is a fantastic opportunity for a delivery‑driven professional with strong IT project management experience and exposure to finance‑related initiatives within complex, regulated environments.
You’ll join a high‑performing digital team enabling strategic Finance programmes, including AI initiatives, automation, and systems integration workstreams. Content below is based on the role requirements provided by the client.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead end‑to‑end project delivery including planning, coordination, risk management, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Drive structured execution across multiple initiatives including Finance & Procurement AI programmes, data migration, integrations, UAM automation, and Gross‑to‑Net implementations.
Business Analysis
Gather, structure, and refine business requirements across a range of Finance functions.
Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications to guide internal delivery teams.
AI Use Case Business Analysis (Finance & Procurement)
Facilitate workshops to define AI opportunities, problem statements, business value, and success criteria.
Document AI use cases, stakeholder maps, data needs, and feasibility assessments.
Support prioritisation, roadmap definition, and delivery oversight across AI and automation workstreams.
Operational Follow‑up
Support incident investigation and follow‑up activities using internal Building & Security Management Systems as required.
(intermediate to advanced).
Basic understanding of the
Pharma sector
(≥1 year exposure).
Strong background in
IT project management ; finance systems or finance process knowledge is an advantage.
PM certifications beneficial but
not mandatory .
