What You'll Do

• Coordinate and follow up DR documentation and recovery readiness with application owners
• Lead preparation and execution of transversal DR exercises
• Identify recovery risks and define mitigation plans
• Perform infrastructure capacity validation across dual datacenter setups
• Act as primary resilience contact for multiple Agile tribes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and group-level resilience requirements
• Challenge architecture designs from a resiliency perspective

What you bring

• 3-5 years experience in IT Resilience, Disaster Recovery, IT Operations, Security or Architecture
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application landscapes
• Experience with DR exercises, recovery testing or continuity planning
• Ability to read and validate architecture & technical diagrams
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working under pressure during critical simulations
• Experience in Windows, Linux, Cloud, Mainframe, Middleware or Databases
• Agile mindset and strong communication skills
