FUNCTION

• National and international prospecting (DACH countries), development and management of your customer portfolio.
• For collection, pre-treatment, reconditioning and recycling of industrial packaging (business-to-business).
• Identifying customer needs and developing the most sustainable total solution for the customer and DRUMDRUM in an intelligent and creative manner.
• Be an ambassador for the circular economy and contribute to the growth and success of DRUMDRUM.

PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Good language skills (GERMAN, ENGLISH, optional DUTCH).
• Passion for sales and people.
• A true hunter who can also retain customers by building good relationships.
• Good listener and professional communicator with various stakeholders.
• Customer, solution, improvement and results-oriented.
• Entrepreneurial, persistent and willing to move forward together as a TEAM.
