ASIC NPI Project Manager (Contract)

• Temporary assignment – 12 months (extension possible)
• Desired start date: 16 March 2026
• An onsite presence of 3 days per week is required (fully remote working is not possible).

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ASIC development? We are looking for an ASIC NPI Project Manager to lead a complex back-end New Product Introduction (NPI) project covering package design, assembly, test, and qualification activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall project schedule

• Monitor and control supplier costs

• Define and manage project scope

• Coordinate ASIC back-end activities across design, assembly, test, and qualification

Required Experience

• Proven project management experience

• Experience with ASIC test development

• Knowledge of ASIC qualification flows
