Product Owner / Project Coordinator

As Product Owner Automation at WDP, you report to the Group Head of Project Development and take end-to-end responsibility for delivering automation solutions to customers. Developing and supporting WDP’s automation solutions for customers within the context of providing total supply chain infrastructure solutions (smart buildings). Identifying automation opportunities within the logistics real-estate portfolio in collaboration with the commercial teams. Defining automation-ready building standards that enable customer automation solutions, together with the development team. Acting as a strategic sparring partner for customers and commercial teams on automation readiness. Leading and coordinating automation initiatives with business development, property management, energy & sustainability, and external partners. Overseeing the implementation, testing, and rollout of automation solutions at building level. Master’s degree in Engineering. Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with ROI and investment analyses. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences, combined with sound commercial awareness. Excellent team player with strong communication skills in Dutch, English, and French. Contract and compensation: Full-time position with a permanent contract.
